Conveyorized tempering tunnels with up to 300 kW of 915 Mhz microwave power. Used by the leading processors of meat, poultry, fish and fruit products. Modular design enables increased throughput as demand grows. Batch processors starting with 40 kW are also available.
Microwave tempering reduces cost and improves quality in the manufacture of prepared foods. Frozen raw materials can be tempered as needed, with no drip loss, without tying up space and inventory.
Temper is consistent throughout the lot, and may be easily controlled to suit process requirements. Defreeze systems provide the highest yields from frozen raw materials.
